Go to « Connection » , click on « Forgotten password »
You forgot your password? Click on «Forgot your password?»
Do not do this at you first time logging in .
You should first set up «My profile» (see chapter “My profile” page 13)
The E-mail address should match the one in «my profile».
Example of a received email:
Hello
You have just requested a new password to access your extranet.
Click on the link below to reset your password.
Choose a new password
Thank you for your trust.
Sincerely,
The Hotel Intelligence team.
Click on « choose a new password» link to reset a new password.
If the message below appears, your password has been changed successfully.
