Go to « Price Manager » , click on « Dynamic room pricing »
To make the price management easy to handle, you can set up dynamic room pricing which means set up the amount to add or remove to switch from one room category to another.
The room categories are those imported during the creation of your website. Each room is independent By default (Master).
It is preferable to determine the reference room, that is to say the one which will be the basis of the calculations.
Example: The hotel has 4 accommodation categories: – Standard Double Room With Terrace
– Suite With Terrace
– Standard Double Room With Terrace – River View
– 2 Adjacent Double Rooms
The Standard Double Room With Terrace will be the basic room, therefore independent Room (Master), the other rooms will have a dynamic link.
- Click on «Edit» the Suite with terrace.
- Select the independant room
- Choose between « “+” and “- »
, Enter the amount or rate 
. - Click on « Save » . Repeat for the other room categories if you want dynamic pricing.
In our example, you will only charge the price for the independent room (Master): Standard Double Room with Terrace
You can change or deactivate the dynamic pricing at any time.
In case of deactivation of the dynamic pricing, the room will be independent again (Master). So don’t forget to charge the prices for this room.
