Cancellation requests

Click on « My bookings »

You can report a cancellation request of a reservation by clicking on « Cancellation request (…) » .

You can also report a no-show with or without fees.

It is necessary to specify the reason for the request (Invalid credit card, Cancellation requested by the client….) so that your request can be processed and accepted.

If the request got accepted, the reservation will be cancelled. You and the client will receive a confirmation email of the cancellation which includes the charges applied and specified or free of charges (depending on the room reservation condition chosen at the time of the no-show declaration).

If the request got rejected , the status will change to « Cancellation Request Declined» .
